Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond company's control once it leaves our care, we or the delivery company cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will however, work with you to ensure your purchase is delivered safely to your door.

Warranty Policy
• One week from date of collection, if there are function problems, Orient Crown will replace the same item with a new set.
• One year upon date of purchase, Orient Crown will repair the item free of charge (excluding damage)
• Guarantee service is subject to normal use.
• Any damages caused by mishandling (eg. Force open the housing) is not guaranteed.
• All warranty service will be carried out at Orient Crown service centre in Singapore. 
How to Exchange or send for warranty
Note: The return of exchange item or item under warranty is your responsibility until it reaches them. For your own protection, we recommend that you package your items well and use a signed for service to return them to reduce the risk of damage or loss in transit. 
For the avoidance of doubt, you shall be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) to Orient Crown. 
Exchange Repair Processing
Once we receive your item, kindly allow 7-14 working days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when the return process is finished and shall inform you of the relevant details.
